HiiClub OMS Agency Guide: Agency Dashboard Walkthrough
A section-by-section tour of the HiiClub agency dashboard, based on the screenshots in the HiiClub policy.
Key facts
- Log in with the username and password you set during agency registration.
- The Home page has two invitation links: one for hostesses and one for sub-agents.
- Weekly Salary shows your hosts’ weekly earnings.
- Agency Withdraw is where agency withdrawal is handled.
A note on “HiiClub OMS”
If you searched for HiiClub OMS while looking for the agency system or registration details, this guide is for you. The HiiClub policy document does not define the term “OMS”, so this guide does not guess what it stands for. It covers the agency dashboard exactly as the policy screenshots show it.
Logging in to the agency dashboard
During registration you fill in a username and password. The policy says these are used to log in to the agency dashboard. If you have not registered yet, follow the HiiClub agency registration guide.
The dashboard menu
The policy screenshots show these menu items under Agency:
- Home
- Anchor List
- Anchor Statistics
- Anchor Invite
- Weekly Salary
- Sub Agency
- Agency Withdraw
An Account menu also appears. The policy explains Home and Weekly Salary in detail; the other items are shown by name only.
Home: invitation links
The Home page shows a banner (in the screenshot: “NEW Update Of Hiiclub Policy”) and two buttons:
- Invitation link for Hostesses: Copy link. Share this with hosts. All hosts who download from your link register in your agency automatically.
- Invitation link for sub-agent: Copy link. Share this with sub-agencies, and remind them not to use fast login.

Weekly Salary
The policy says: go to Weekly Salary to check your hosts’ weekly earnings. The screenshot shows a filter by Agency and Period, with Query, Reset and Export buttons. The list has these columns:

Sub Agency and Agency Withdraw
The Sub Agency item relates to the sub-agencies you invite. Their video earning counts towards the total that sets your commission class. Agency Withdraw is for withdrawals, which the policy says are made weekly by rupee bank transfer. See the withdrawal guide.
