How to register a HiiClub agency, invite hosts and sub-agencies, check weekly salary, calculate agency commission and withdraw, explained from the HiiClub policy document.
Overview
What is a HiiClub agency?
A HiiClub agency recruits and manages hosts (anchors) and sub-agencies, and earns commission on their video earning.
According to the HiiClub policy, an agency works from an agency dashboard. From there it can:
- Get an invitation link and share it with hosts. Hosts who download from that link register in your agency automatically.
- Copy a separate link to invite sub-agencies.
- Check the weekly earnings of its hosts under Weekly Salary.
- Earn commission based on its hostesses’ and sub-agents’ total video earning, transferred weekly.
- Withdraw every week by rupee bank transfer.

If you are looking for HiiClub OMS agency information, this is the part you need: the agency dashboard where you sign in with the username and password you set during registration. (The policy document itself does not define the term “OMS”.)

Step by step
HiiClub agency registration process
The policy describes agency registration through an invitation page (the “sub-agency registering” process). Follow these three steps:

Download the HiiClub app and register by Gmail
Register in HiiClub with Gmail to get your HiiClub UID. The invitation page reminds you: do not use fast login.

Fill in the invitation page and bind your UID
Enter the requested information on the invitation page and bind your HiiClub UID.

Set the username and password for the dashboard
The username and password you fill in are used to log in to the agency dashboard.

How to invite hosts to your HiiClub agency
From the policy: get an invite link and share it with hosts.

Log in
Sign in to the agency dashboard with your username and password.

Open “Home”
Go to the Home page of the dashboard.

Copy the host link
Copy the Invitation link for Hostesses.

Share with hosts
All hosts who download from your link register in your agency automatically.

HiiClub sub-agency registration
To invite a sub-agency: on the dashboard Home page, copy the Invitation link for sub-agent and send it. Remind them not to use fast login.
The sub-agency then:
- Downloads the HiiClub app and registers by Gmail.
- Fills in the corresponding information on the invitation page and binds their UID.
- Fills in a username and password, which are used to log in to the agency dashboard.
Your sub-agents’ video earning counts towards the total video earning that sets your commission rate. See agency commission.

- Use the sub-agent link, not the hostess link
- Register in the app by Gmail
- Do not use fast login
- Bind the HiiClub UID on the invitation page
- Keep the dashboard username and password safe
Weekly salary
Check your hosts’ weekly salary
From the policy: go to Weekly Salary in the agency dashboard to check your hosts’ weekly earnings. The screenshot in the policy shows a filter by agency and period, a Query, Reset and Export option, and a list with these columns:

- Detail (Normal Anchor Detail / Terminate Anchor Detail)
The policy shows where to check weekly salary but does not set fixed salary amounts. What appears in each period depends on your hosts’ activity.

Video earning thresholds are shown exactly as they appear in the policy table (“>10k”, “50k”, “100k” and so on).
How the commission works
- The agent commission ratio is determined by your hostesses’ and sub-agents’ total video earning.
- The commission fee is transferred to the agency weekly.
- The calculation is:
Commission = video earning × rate

This is the worked example from the HiiClub policy, reproduced without changes. Agency A has three sub-agencies (B, C and D) and its own direct hostesses.

- so the rate for A is 9%
- A’s commission from B: 9% − 5% = 4% × 100000 = 4000 INR
- A’s commission from C: 9% − 7% = 2% × 500000 = 10000 INR
- A’s commission from D: 9% − 4% = 5% × 50000 = 2500 INR
- A’s commission from own direct hostesses: 500000 × 9% = 45000 INR
- A’s total commission: 4000 + 10000 + 2500 + 45000 = 61000 INR
Reading the example: For each sub-agency, A’s commission in this example uses the difference between A’s rate and that sub-agency’s rate, multiplied by that sub-agency’s video earning. For A’s own direct hostesses, A’s full rate is used.
Note on the source: We have reproduced this example exactly as published. In the policy, the diagram labels amounts in IDR while the calculation lines show INR, and the 9% rate used for Agency A is not one of the rates in the class table above. We have not changed either. Please confirm how your rate is applied in your agency dashboard.
Agency withdrawal
HiiClub agency withdrawal and weekly settlement
Agency withdrawal is by rupee bank transfer. The policy sets out how the weekly cycle works:

Settlement week: Monday–Sunday (IST)
The settlement is based on Monday to Sunday, Indian Standard Time.

0:00 on Monday: income moves to the agency
The income of anchors is transferred to the agency account at 0:00 on Monday.

Weekly withdrawal
The agency can withdraw the amount every week. Once anchor income has been transferred, the agency can withdraw the cash uniformly.
What the policy does not specify
The policy document does not state a minimum or maximum withdrawal amount, fees, bank charges, taxes or a processing time. Check these in the Agency Withdraw section of your dashboard.

What decides my commission rate?
Your hostesses’ and sub-agents’ total video earning. The policy table runs from Class A (>10k, 2%) to Class G (1800k, 15%).
How often is commission paid?
The policy says the commission fee is transferred to the agency weekly.
When does anchor income reach the agency account?
At 0:00 on Monday. Settlement is based on Monday–Sunday, IST, and the agency can withdraw every week by rupee bank transfer.
What does “HiiClub OMS” mean?
The HiiClub policy document does not define “OMS”. On this site we use it only as a search term for the HiiClub agency dashboard and registration information.
